Overview
Since
its founding in 1985,
Telesis has planned or structured a complex mix of over $2 billion in
public and private financing for the revitalization of urban
neighborhoods, and planned or developed more than 15,000 units of
affordable housing along with a range of commercial and civic uses. Our
home base is Washington, D.C., and our work takes us to neighborhoods
from New York to San Francisco, Chicago to
Miami, and many communities in between.
We bring construction management skills to our projects through our
affiliate TCM Corporation, a team of skilled and experienced
professionals.
We provide property,
asset and community management skills through our affiliate
Neighborhood Partners LLC, which manages over 2200 units of mixed
income housing and community facilities developed by Telesis.
Telesis CDE
has been awarded $60 million in New Markets Tax Credits and will use
the credits to support the development of for-sale housing, mixed use
projects and economic development activities nationally.
Telesis sponsors
and supports Neighborhood Associates, a non-profit corporation based in
New York City. Neighborhood Associates has assumed responsibility for
oversight of many of the communities developed by Telesis, and will
continue planning and development efforts around the country with the
same comprehensive and inclusive approach and attention to detail that
has been Telesis's hallmark for over 20 years.
