has formed an affiliation with longtime management collaborator The CT
Group. Called Neighborhood Partners, LLC, this entity combines
the solid property management experience of CT with Telesis's asset and
community management skills in over 2,000 units of housing.
This new venture's
innovation lies in its comprehensive approach to asset management and
supportive services, such as day care, job training, family services, and learning
programs. At its core, Neighborhood Partners is about working with
residents to develop programs and services that best serve them and to help them
invest in their greatest assets-- their families, homes, and neighborhoods.
