TCM Corporation

TCM Corporation, an affiliate of Telesis Corporation formed in 1989, is dedicated to cost and quality control, on-time completion, attention to detail, value engineering and cooperative relationships with project owners, developers, and subcontractors. TCM Corporation has managed or currently has under management over $75 million of construction activity, including both new construction and major rehabilitation of severely distressed properties. All construction has occurred in inner-city neighborhoods.

Parkside: TCM Corporation served as the General Contractor for the $17 million Parkside Townhomes Phase I Project, which included 100 homes, a 1,000 square foot community center building, and 900 square foot daycare center.

Ellen Wilson: Construction of this project began with a $1.2 million environmental remediation and demolition of 134 existing former public housing units. TCM helped oversee the construction of $2.3 million in new public infrastructure, including new water and sewer lines and new streets. The $12 million buildings phase resulted in 134 cooperative units designed to blend into the architecture of Capitol Hill and 20 simple townhomes sold at market prices.

Carver Terrace: Rehabilitation is complete for the 33 rental buildings. The scope of the work included replacement of all HVAC systems, renovation of the unit interiors, repairs to roofs and structural elements, and complete landscaping of the property. Construction management services were provided by TCM.
