Telesis CDE is an affiliate of Telesis Corporation. Telesis Corporation is a Washington DC–based national urban redevelopment company, that plans, finances and rebuilds distressed neighborhoods into places that are safe, livable, and beautiful.

Telesis CDE will use the investment capital from its investment partners to create and fulfill the same revitalization opportunities as have been achieved by Telesis Corporation for more than two decades. 

Telesis CDE will use its NMTCs to make investment capital available to real estate development projects that would not otherwise be able to attract capital or to provide capital at rates, fees, and expenses that are generally below market. Rates will be determined through project underwriting. Telesis CDE’s objective is to leverage its NMTCs to achieve a significant volume of development activity and community impact.
