This severely distressed public housing was located in a neighborhood
plagued with severe annual flooding. Telesis is responsible for
planning and developing the $78 million HOPE VI revitalization of the
neighborhood, including 430 units of public housing mixed with
tax-credit and homeownership units. We are also engaged in planning a
program of community and supportive services in partnership with
residents and the Bradenton Housing Authority.
This
beautiful new community has attracted the admiration and support
of residents and community leaders.
